Our neighborhood is serviced by Republic Services.
Trash pick up is every Friday. Republic has had a hard time keeping up with their routes since Covid, trash pick up has been delayed at times, they typically send a voicemail message notifying you of delays, if you are not getting the messages, call 317-917-7300.
Recycling pickup is every other Friday.
The HOA Dues & Annual Budget are announced after the annual meeting which is held every year in November.
HOA Dues must be paid by January 15th of every year.
