About Us

Brooks Landing & Brooks Manor is a small neighborhood located on the East side of Fishers, Indiana. It has two sections managed under one home owners association. Our neighborhood of 117 custom homes was developed in 2000 and completed in 2010. Residents boast large lots, sidewalk access, and a neighborhood pool.
